By accessing and using CibilBazaar.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

CibilBazaar.com is a loan marketplace / aggregator. We are not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution. We connect borrowers with our network of partner banks and NBFCs. We do not:

• Directly lend money
• Guarantee loan approval
• Set interest rates or loan terms
• Hold or manage funds

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be an Indian resident with valid KYC documents
• Have a valid mobile number and email address
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Not misrepresent your identity or financial status
• Not use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate credit scores or loan applications
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Zero Processing Fee Terms

The zero processing fee offer applies exclusively to:

• Personal loans of ₹25 Lakhs and above only
• Loans processed through our designated partner banks
• Subject to borrower meeting lender's eligibility criteria
• CibilBazaar.com reserves the right to modify this offer at any time

Important Clarification: The ZERO Processing Fee offer covers only the processing fee charged by the bank or NBFC. It does not include and the applicant remains liable for:

• Insurance charges (life, credit protect, or any other insurance)
• Stamp duty charges
• GST or any applicable taxes
• Legal or documentation charges
• Any other statutory or bank-specific charges

All such additional charges, if applicable, will be levied as per the respective bank's or NBFC's policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

CibilBazaar.com shall not be liable for:

• Loan rejection by partner lenders
• Interest rates, fees, or terms offered by lenders
• Any financial loss arising from loan transactions
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CibilBazaar.com including logos, text, graphics, and software is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
